As a team member, you would be responsible for providing a genuine customer service experience.
Areas of Responsibility
Using selling skills on the salesfloor with customers and helping to coach and develop the team by having thorough product knowledge.
Driving the business when the store manager isn’t present.
Helping maintain inventory and stock levels.
Making sure the store is maintaining goal and helping prioritize tasks to get done throughout the day.
Creating a genuine, caring customer service atmosphere.
Helping maintain operational standards.
Education / Experience Requirements
At least one year of retail experience preferred.
