Pearlridge Job Fair. Pearlridge Center stores, eateries and services have joined together to showcase permanent, part-time and seasonal job opportunities that exist right here in this community. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 4 and Sunday, Sept. 5 in Mauka Center Court and on Saturday, Sept. 11 and Sunday, Sept. 12 in Wai Makai Center Court.
POP-UP MARKETS
Saturday Pearlridge Open-Air Farmers’ Markets. The Pearlridge Farmers’ Market features some 30 vendors offering locally grown fruits and vegetables, plants and freshly made treats including oven-fresh breads and baked goods. Saturdays, Sept. 4, 11, 18 and 25 from 8 a.m. to noon. Upper level parking deck along Moanalua Road near Kaiser Permanente and Macy’s.
Island Craft Fairs & Events Presents Made with Aloha Gift Fairs. These island craft fairs will showcase local artisans and products that are truly of the islands, offered by local small business. Saturday, Sept. 18 and Sunday, Sept. 19 during center hours. Mauka Center Court.
Hawaii Sportscards and Collectibles Show. Stop by and see the hottest unopened graded cards, comics, autographed memorabilia, collecting supplies and much, much more! Saturday, Sept. 18 and Sunday, Sept. 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wai Makai Center Court.
Pop Culture Expo. Calling all collectors! From sports cards to comics, action figures to memorabilia, whether your thing is Star Wars or Star Trek, the Pop Culture Expo will offer something for all fans. Enthusiasts and their families made last year’s mini-con such an incredible success that the Pop Culture Expo is coming back to Pearlridge for its third year. Saturday, Sept. 25 and Sunday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wai Makai and Mauka Center Courts.
LIVE MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT & ARTS
Comic Jam Hawaii. Pearlridge is proud to host “Comic Jam Hawaii,” a regular social event of local artists who create collaborative cartoons, illustrations and sketches while “talking story.” Approximately one dozen artists – professionals and hobbyists – will gather and create cooperative art. Keiki and their families are invited to participate or just watch these comic masters in action! Sundays, Sept. 5 and 19. Wai Makai Center Court.
