Kamehameha Butterfly (State Insect) Visits Pearlridge Center July 10 and 17
Pearlridge will host two special visits by the state insect, the beautiful Kamehameha butterfly, which is found only in Hawaii. Dr. Will Haines from the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources will not only show these butterflies and caterpillars, but their host plant mamaki. He will also share information about which plants the community should cultivate to best support these and other native pollinators.
Saturdays, July 10 and 17 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Monarchs & More: An Interactive Butterfly Exhibit.
