A: Tickets will be available at 8PM Hawaii Time for an extra stock of 200 tickets. Click HERE for the Eventbrite page where tickets will be available.

Q: I have tickets, but don't know where to enter or check-in on Friday. Will instructions be provided to ticket-holders?

A: Yes, on Thursday, October 29 an email will go out to all ticket holders with detailed information about the event, rules, and directions.

Q: I have a child with food allergies, will they still get candy?

A: No, children with food allergies will NOT receive any edible treats. Instead, they will receive a teal-colored treat-or-treat bag that signifies to our Merchants to give out non-edible goodies  only for the duration of the event.

Q: I don't have a car, does that mean I cannot attend?

A: Unfortunately this event requires participants to be safely seated in vehicles in order to help ensure the health and safety of our particpants, Tenants and other families. Most importantly, it's a way for us to provide our keiki an opportunity to celebrate Halloween while keeping them safe.

A: No, Pearlridge Center's Candy Crawl is on Friday, October 30 (one day before Halloween).

Q: Can we trick-or-treat at Pearlridge on Halloween (October 31)?

A: Unfortunately no, trick-or-treating will be strictly prohibited on Halloween in order for us to properly abide by Hawaii's COVID-19 mandates and prevent any large gatherings or overcrowding so we can ensure the safety of our community, customers and Tenants. In lieu of the traditional trick-or-treat activity, we have create our Candy Crawl Drive-Thru event as our way of safely celebrating Halloween with our community.
