Special Event Request Form
Thank you for your interest in sharing your talents at Pearlridge Center. Applications must be completed and received by Management no later than ninety (90) days prior to the first day of the activity or performance. The information contained in this application will be kept confidential and will only be used by Management in furtherance of its business activities.
Our selection process and criteria requires an application form, as well as a portfolio that includes:
- an audio or video recording of your group or artist
- a biography or fact sheet on your performance and/or organization
- a brief description of your performance, event, or display
- contact information, including name, address, phone, fax, and email
- requested dates and times
We will review your application and other submitted information and contact you.
Please note that Pearlridge has a pre-set schedule of promotions, performances, and activities for the year. Although we would like to accommodate as many people as possible, it is not possible to schedule everyone who applies. Performers, events, and activities are selected on the quality and professionalism of their presentation, and on a first come, first served basis.
